About Jen Wilson

When you're ready to buy or sell a home, it is a big deal, and you want to make sure you're working with an agent that has your best interests at heart. That's why I take the time to get to know your "why" and help you as much as I can to achieve it.  Whether you're looking to buy a property for the memories or as an investment for your future, or you're looking to sell to be closer to family or have a career move, your "why" matters to me!

Real estate is my passion, but I am also an investor, mom, and proud military spouse. Originally from the Midwest, I moved to Destin in 2011 with my husband who was stationed at Eglin AFB. I've been in the real estate industry since 2008 and a Realtor since 2013.  In that time, I have been able to become a top producing agent, winning awards for production and customer service, and have sold over $32M in real estate while helping countless buyers and sellers achieve their why!
Since 2014, my husband and I have been investing in real estate and have been blessed to be able to built a multi-million dollar portfolio of investment properties in the Florida Panhandle. Starting with one single family home, we have grown our business into both single family and multi-family properties, and are always looking for more. In addition to expanding our own portfolio, we have been able to help friends and family build their personal wealth through real estate investing as well!
As a mom and military spouse, I am keenly aware of the stresses that can come with family like in the military. Not only do I strive to make the home buying or selling process as efficient and stress free as possible, you can be comfortable knowing that I always have my client's best interests at heart. While I am always expanding my knowledge through experience and continuing education, I currently have designations as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and am working on my designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
